Grey Rubber wheels are constructed from non-marking, gentle rubber, ideally suited for seamless concrete, tiles, or lino vinyl floor surfaces.
The castor forks are zinc plate Core Coat finished with clear lacquer that provides best quality corrosion protection, with no white or red rust after 150 hours of salt spray testing. Suitable for use on stainless steel, chrome, aluminium, metal or wooden furniture when used in non corrosive environments. These feature two complete rows of balls in the headrace to ensure smooth swivelling and silence during the life of the castors.
Offered in both swivel and fixed plate mounting configurations or with a 12.7mm bolt hole option. Additionally, you have the choice to include the total brake feature on the swivel forks, which effectively immobilizes the castors by preventing them from turning and rolling when the brake is engaged.
For the plate castors, secure them by affixing the 83x58mm mounting plate using the four 9mm holes spaced at 64x39mm intervals. As for the bolt hole castors, they can be easily mounted by inserting a single M12 bolt through the center of the mounting hole.
The swivel castors boast a swept radius of 82mm, while the total brake castors feature a swept radius of 89mm. The overall height from the floor to the top of these castor units measures 131mm, and each unit bears a maximum rolling safety load rating of 50kg.
The wheels themselves sport a diameter of 100mm and a tread width of 23mm, with an 8mm bore and a hub width of 30mm. These wheels glide smoothly thanks to a plain sleeve running through the center of each wheel.
