Our 150mm (6 inch) fibreglass reinforced nylon wheel castors are an excellent solution for hospitality based applications such as 'food baking' ovens. Glass filled nylon can withstand sustained high temperatures and is gentle and quiet on most floor surfaces.
Fibreglass reinforced nylon wheels are the preferred wheel for extended periods of up to 210°C (assuming most of their life is spent outside the oven), and for short periods up to 230°C.
The castor forks are zinc plate Core Coat finished with clear lacquer that provides best quality corrosion protection.
Available in swivel and fixed plate mounting styles.
The plate castors can be fastened by screwing the 130x100mm mounting plate using the four 11mm holes with 80x105mm hole spacing.
The swept radius of the swivel castors is 121mm. The total height from the floor to the top of these castor units is 189mm.
The glass filled nylon wheels are 150mm diameter x 40mm tread width and have a 12mm bore x 60mm hub width and run on a plain sleeve bush through the centre of the wheel.
